Our policies are dependent on your particular purchase, please refer to the relevant policy for your order below.
CELEBRATION WEAR REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only available for our ready to wear garments. A "ready to wear garment" is classified as being purchased from our product page, with no changes being made to customise the piece, which occurs when you order for our 'CUSTOMISATION ENQUIRY' button. Lucia Josephine does not offer exchanges but allows for a refund for store credit so that the customer can re-order a new piece.

Please keep in mind that due to the nature of our production, the new piece will need to be created before it is sent out to you. If the item is too large, or if you have a different request, the Lucia Josephine team will be in contact to see if the original piece can be altered to suit. The cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer and not Lucia Josephine. The original cost of shipping, or returning an item will not be refunded to the customer. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please take care when placing your order to ensure that all details are correct. If you have made a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately at hello@luciajosephine.com. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. If this happens, the garment will be sent back to you. We will not offer a refund if the garment is not in its original condition (with tags attached), if the garment has been worn (more than merely trying it on for fitting purposes), or if it has been damaged in any way. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
CUSTOM REFUND POLICY
As we provide a bespoke and made to order service, please note when placing a custom order, that is made through our "CUSTOMISATION ENQUIRY" button or email we have a no refund or return policy, unless the garment is faulty, or if it is significantly different to what was intended to be produced. This is with respect to the colour, fabric, and overall design of the garment. In the case of a fabric or colour being discontinued the customer is entitled to choose an alternative, or receive a refund.

Please note, failure to supply the correct information regarding your order is not at the fault of Lucia Josephine. We will not offer a refund if you have changed your mind, if the garment has been worn (more than merely trying it on for fitting purposes), or if it has been damaged in any way.
