    SHIPPING

    Lucia Josephine offers complimentary shipping on all Australian orders (excluding bridal).

    All parcels are sent via a secure & tracked postage service (we entrust DHL or Australia Post). You will be sent tracking information via email once the item has been dispatched and is on its way to you. Please note that     Lucia Josephine is not liable for any loss, damage, expense or delay that the parcel may incur. If there is an unforeseen delay in the production or shipping of your order, the Lucia Josephine team will contact you directly to mediate the issue.

    SHIPPING & DELIVERY
    As your order is custom made, shipping and/or pick up must be scheduled between the client and the vendor (Lucia Josephine)
    ​Should the client elect a shipping method, it will be sent byAustralia Post and DHL Express.

    In accordance with Australia Post's standard delivery timeframes​,​ Express shipping can be between 3-6 business days (depending on origin and destination) after the item has been dispatched.

    Lucia Josephine is not liable for shipping delays that may incur via a postage third party​. ​Lucia Josephine is not liable for any lost or stolen parcel.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    We offer international shipping on request across the globe. If you would like to have your order shipped internationally, please contact us. Shipping rates are dependent on the receiver country.

    International orders may be subject to customs duty, import fee's and taxes. We recommend you view your countries customs policy, as this fee is not payable by Lucia Josephine.

    All garments from Lucia Josephine are inclusive of GST in Australia. GST will not be charged on International orders.
